Solis Australasia Pty Ltd is pleased to announce an enhanced 10-year warranty for all Solis Inverters under 110kW capacity purchased on or after January 1, 2024. This promotion reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, offering extended assurance and peace of mind to our valued customers.

5yrs warranty

All other inverter model offer standard 5 years warranty offering assurance and value to customers.

WE COME WITH WARRANTY

● 5-Year Standard Limited Warranty: Ginlong Solis grants a Solis Standard Limited Warranty of five (5) years on Solis Inverters. / ● 5 Year Additional Warranty Coverage: An extra five (5) years is provided for Solis String Inverters under 110kW capacity, making it a total of 10 years for eligible models on successful device registration and connection to SolisCloud. / ● Solis Accessories will be covered by a two (2) year warranty, which is not eligible for extension.

Through the stringent control of all aspects of the design through manufacturing process, we are able to ensure that total quality assurance processes are adhered to at all stages.

SERVICE RATES
All work carried out by Solis Australasia is charged based on a call-out fee plus an hourly rate. Please consult with our service department for the current 'Schedule of Fees'.
MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE
Solis Australasia has a minimum service charge of 1/2 hour for all repairs carried out by the Solis Australasia team. Please note that regardless of the size of the job, you will be billed the 1/2 hour minimum charge.
Payment
If the customer does not have a trading account established with Solis Australasia, then the service charges must be paid prior to or upon collection of the repair.
Warranty Repairs
If repairs are booked in for warranty work, the customer must provide Solis Australasia with a copy of the proof of purchase prior to commencement of works. If proof of purchase cannot be supplied to Solis Australasia, then the repair will be invoiced at the 'Service Rates'.
Uncollected Repairs
If a repair is not collected from Solis Australasia within 90 days from the 'check-in' date, then Solis Australasia holds no responsibility for the equipment after this time.
